Description:
We are seeking a detailed,
professional leader who can take our software
development department to the next level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a software staff of 5 members.
Willingness to be a hands on software developer and
PM.
Maintain high levels of availability of mission
critical software applications.
Coach and apply SDLC methodology towards software
development.
Vendor negotiation skills.
Direct critical mid to long term off the shelf and
in-house software development projects.
Manage relationships with external clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree: computer science, mathematics,
engineering
5+ years staff management
3+ years project management
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ASP.Net and/or Crystal
reports software
Knowledge of database concepts
