VP - Global
Operations
Opportunity:
We are
currently looking for a strong, enthusiastic and
persuasive leader for VP of Global Operations to direct
and manage our operations groups to ensure that all of
our products are manufactured on schedule within quality
standards and cost objectives. The ideal candidate
should be a strategic thinker and team player with
strong technical and operational skills who can motivate
all team members.
Responsibilities:

Direct
and manage the company’s operations activities to
achieve business objectives
-
Control costs to meet or exceed established budgets
-
Oversee the operations process of all company
products ensuring company goals and objectives are
being obtained
-
Execute established metrics, expectations, and
accountabilities of direct reports
-
Oversee internal performance metrics in
productivity, labor efficiencies, and budget
performance
-
Direct
continuous improvement opportunities
-
Promote and maintain a safe manufacturing
environment
-
Identify appropriate capital projects
Qualifications:
-
MBA or
graduate degree in related field
-
BS in
Engineering or a related field
-
15+
years of experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Exposure to working with complex/engineered product
lines
-
Experienced in facility relocation and consolidation
-
Experience overseeing international operations
-
Demonstrated knowledge in the manufacturing and
delivery of
-
Capital Goods in the U.S. and internationally
-
Ability to travel internationally
