Description:
The candidate selected for this position will manage the
production of accurate and timely financial information
for both internal and external users. This person will
support branch staff to the executive team in pursuit of
the goals established in the strategic plan. This
position reports directly to the CFO.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately measure, record, and report financial
performance.

Maintain and update PROFIT star ALM/Budgeting and
prepare projections as directed by the ALCO or
executive management and return findings and
reports.

Hire, manage, mentor, and evaluate the Accounting
staff.

Complete accurate end of the month financial
statements

Maintain costs within the stated percentage of
assets
Skills and Requirements:
-
Must be a
Certified Public Accountant
-
3+ years in the
financial industry with accounting/auditing
experience
-
2+ years
management experience
-
Bachelors Degree
in Accounting required
-
Must have a
background in banking, investment, insurance or
credit unions.
